Unfortunately, in the Solar industry there has been a race to the bottom with regards standards and price, we are proud to be in the industry but do not feed into this by setting rock bottom prices, we provide fair and transparent pricing for high levels of service, installation and top quality products. It is our view that a product is only as good as its warranty and the warranty is only as good as the company that backs that warranty up. There are products out there that offer long warranties but find every excuse possible to wriggle out of honouring it. The warranty for the products we provide has been tested and proved to be effective giving us confidence that if anything did go wrong, we would be able to get a replacement in no time at all.

Battery systems are expensive aren't they? Will I ever get my money back?

Battery systems are continually coming down in price as the market competition grows. They are a financial commitment that costs in the thousands and not the hundreds. However, there are significant savings to be made, with small lifestyle changes. you can maximum your self- consumption. Any solar PV or - wind turbine would allow the battery to take any spare power during the day and letting it discharge into the house during the evening or other high usage periods. There is also the option to charge the battery during the evening from a reduced cost tariff, a bit like the old economy 7 tariffs used to heat up storage heaters. Now we use them to charge up electric vehicles and battery systems. Although the payback time on battery systems are rarely under 7 years, having a system that uses the surplus power means you have little to no wastage of your solar PV or wind power and in turn become closer to being energy independent and less reliant on the large energy companies. Having a battery system also cushions you as the energy prices continue to rise year on year
